Payment Methods

Customers can pay for goods either online by credit card using the WorldPay secure site or by printing the order form and mailing together with a cheque payable to Live Your Yoga. Both methods of payment will be confirmed by e-mail.

Delivery

We aim to deliver all goods within 5 days in the UK and 10 days in Europe. We currently do not send the Live Your Yoga course outside of Europe, although we send books worldwide. If a customer wishes to check availability before ordering please telephone 0118 958 8755 or e-mail swami@liveyouryoga.com. We will endeavour to meet all our customers requirements.

UK postage and packing is included in the prices. Postage for other destinations will be added during the checkout process.

Our guarantee

In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, please inform us immediately by e-mail or telephone. Please do so within 15 days of receipt of goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. Our aim is to satisfy our customers.

Customer Services and Complaints Procedure

For customers who wish to check any aspect of our product or service please contact Swami Ambikananda Saraswati by e-mail at swami@liveyouryoga.com or telephone 0118 958 8755 Tuesday to Friday 2pm to 6pm. Our aim is to effectively resolve any customer complaint.

Cancellation rights

The customer has the right to cancel the order. Cancellation must be within 30 days from receipt of the goods, before the second lesson is sent, starting from the day after the goods are received. The first Live Your Yoga lesson does not have to be returned if you cancel your course within the specified period. Books must be returned intact and resaleable. The customer must bear the cost of returning the goods. A refund for the amount, less the cost of carriage, will be made within 30 days via WorldPay or cheque, according to whichever method of payment was originally used.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and operate within the Data Protection Act 1998. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information from you to process and confirm your order.
